I wrote a story about dietary restrictions and zombies.

Thanks to the editors over at The-Tusk.com, a new short story I wrote is available for you to read. It's about San Francisco, so it's about privilege, of course and obviously, and also zombies which is somewhat less obvious, I guess.

If you want to read more original content written by weirdos, by all means donate to The-Tusk immediately, so they can keep doing what they're doing forever.

Here's a thing that happened.

For the last five or so months, I've been writing for the amazing bookstore event, Shipwreck, an erotic fan fiction contest that's just as ridiculous as it sounds. It's hosted by The Booksmith, which is a great indie located on the street where I live. This picture is from my 6th win, at the amazing Shameless Shipwreck, featuring authors Andrew Sean Greer, Michelle Richmond, Seanan McGuire, Alexis Coe, Ken Grobe with the stories read by Daniel Handler himself.

The prize when you win Shipwreck is to come back and write again. Which is dubious, but great fun. Writing a bunch of smut was pretty ok. If you're in SF, you should go.
